It does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels clunky to use. At first I figured I just needed to get used to it, but after dealing with the same awkward steps over and over, it’s starting to get frustrating. If this doesn’t improve, I’d probably need to reach out to support or look for another option.

I bought this from apolosign.com, the sound quality is just not good. It sounds thin and kind of muffled no matter how much I mess with the settings. Voices are hard to make out, and music has pretty much NO bass at all. I wasn’t expecting theater-level audio or anything, but this was worse than I figured it would be. I ended up connecting a separate speaker just to make it listenable.

Support did reply — just not as quickly as I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did find myself waiting longer than expected, at least they got back to me in the end

I’ve been using apolosign.com for a bit now, and overall it does what I need. When the connection is good, everything loads fast and it’s easy to use. But if the connection gets shaky, the page can freeze or drop, so I end up having to refresh and pick up where I left off. It’s not a major deal, but it can be annoying when I’m right in the middle of something

I kept hoping this would get resolved, but I’m still not getting any real help. At this point, it just feels like I’m losing time and energy trying to chase answers. I really don’t want to keep investing effort into something that isn’t going anywhere.

I bought this mainly to use for video calls, but the camera quality is just not good. Even when the lighting is decent, everything looks blurry and kinda washed out. Faces come through soft and grainy, which is really annoying. For the price, I expected alot better.

Managing the screens remotely has been really easy for me, which is super helpful. It does get a little slow sometimes tho, but not enough to be a big deal. Overall, it works prtty well.

The touchscreen is okay overall, but I’ve noticed a bit of a pattern where it misses taps here and there, mostly around the edges. Swiping also seems to lag slightly every now and then, so I’m assuming it’s just not the most responsive screen. It’s fine for basic everyday use, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little smoother.

It fit my wall mount just fine, which is how it should be when a product says it’s compatible. No hassle, no forcing anything into place. It feels good when something actually does what it’s supposed to do...

I’ve been waiting on a replacement for a while now, and support keeps giving me the runaround instead of a clear answer. compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the process feels way slower and more frustrating than it should be. I just want the issue handled without having to keep chasing them.

The screen is fine for everyday use, I guess. Colors usually look okay, so there’s that, but I definitely expected a little more. The blacks aren’t very deep, and in brighter rooms it can look kind of washed out, which is always fun. It’s not terrible or anything, just average overall.

I’m not happy with the quality at all. It looked decent in the photos, but the one I got felt cheap as hell right out of the box, and the screen had these weird light spots that made it look like a total dud.

After using it for a little while, it started acting up and just didn’t feel reliable. For what it costs, I expected way better than this junk. I definitely wouldn’t buy from Apolosign again.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The packaging felt way too flimsy for the item, and by the time I opened it, the product already had scratches and dented corners. To me, it seemed like it just wasn’t protected well enough during shipping. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for
